Refund policy

14-day refund, no questions asked

If The Clever Kitchen isn’t right for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of your purchase and you’ll get your money back in full. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to ask

Email hello@thecleverkitchen.store from the address you used at checkout, or include that address in your message, and tell us roughly when you bought. That’s all we need to find your order.

When you’ll get your money

We refund to the card or payment method you paid with, through Stripe. Most banks show the refund within 5 to 10 business days.

Your download access

When a purchase is refunded in full, its download links stop working. A link that was opened in the last few minutes may keep working until it expires, because file links are short-lived by design.

Your other rights

This policy adds to your legal rights as a consumer; it doesn’t replace or limit them.
